In the top right of the diagram, you are the circle. Inside that circle are six different types of assets:<\/p>\n

You have a piggy bank, which represents stock securities, property that can be moved. Basically, liquidity.<\/li>\n
You have a house is locked to the ground. It can’t be moved. <\/li>\n
You have pension-type assets, IRAs, and fancy pension plans. No matter what, they are all subject to state or federal law. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

You have maybe commercial real estate is locked to the ground, and everything that is locked to the ground is treated differently than things that aren’t locked to the ground. <\/li>\n

You probably have significant personal property, cars, jewelry, art, and things like that.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
